How to cite the record
Every entity page (employer, person, state, occupation) carries a Cite button in the page actions at the top. It generates APA, MLA, Chicago, and AP citations, plus a plain Source line. Click a style to copy it, then paste it into your article or notebook.
For an aggregate figure, cite the page you pulled it from and the date you accessed it. Each page carries a freshness indicator showing when the underlying data was last refreshed. The attribution name is XH1B Archive.

Data export
The underlying source records (LCA filings, WARN notices, wage data) are available for direct download from the original government agencies. The Data Sources & Methodology page lists every dataset's provenance, coverage, and the official download link.
Every dataset is also served through a read-only API. The console at /api documents the sortable, paginated endpoints over employers, persons, geography, and the program records.
