Questions about the data & methods
Questions about this feed
What does "Not re-listed" mean?
The person appears on an earlier proxy roster and is absent from a later one. The record does not say the person left the board, resigned, or was removed. Treat the row as an observation, not a departure.
Where do board events come from?
DEF 14A proxy statements that SEC filers submit. Each accepted proxy roster lists the officers and directors. XH1B diffs each roster against the previous roster for the same employer and records the difference as an event.
Why does the date differ from the day the change happened?
The event date is the filing date that observed the difference, not the day the change happened. A role change during the year shows up on the next proxy filing date.
Which employers are covered?
Employers matched to SEC filings with accepted DEF 14A rosters. 4 employers have at least one recorded event. The archive holds public filers only, and most large H-1B consultancies are private, so they do not appear.
